If your order does not arrive within 45 days from the shipment date, you are eligible for a full refund.

b. Partial Refund — Delayed Shipping

If your order arrives after 30 days but within 45 days, you may request a refund of the shipping cost as compensation.

2. Returns & Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Items

You are eligible for a return and/or refund if:

• The item arrives damaged, or
• The item does not match the description or photos on our website.

To qualify:

• You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Clear photos or videos showing the issue must be provided.
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

3. No Refunds or Returns for Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

• Dislike of the product, or
• Situations where the product matches the description and is not defective.
